Returns and Exchange Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased on the website returned in their original condition (shipping costs excluded) provided that:
- You have requested to return your items within 10days of receipt of goods
- You have returned the goods for refund within 7 days of receiving the returns label
- Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
- Sale items are final and nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
- The return courier is your choice. We recommend using a courier with tracking services to stay updated. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit or arrive more than 10 days after the dispatch date.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged or have been sent incorrectly. Where possible, we will offer to replace items deemed faulty. The exchange of goods is subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
If you want to return or exchange a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before sending the parcel back; let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it. Lila Eugenie requires sending photos of items received with defects.
Lila Eugenie cannot accept the following returns:
- Any item requested for return outside the 10-day timeframe.
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Any product deemed by Lila Eugenie to be non-resalable.
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged.
We have the right to deny the refund or exchange request if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.
A refund will be issued to the original card used for the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the return. Please note: processing timelines are dependent on your bank. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping or return courier costs.
We do not cover shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty (due to a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item has been shipped), whereby we will also pay for the cost of the return shipping.
Customs duties and taxes incurred by the buyer are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange an item for a diff size or style we offer a complimentary free shipping service once you have placed an order for the desired item. Please note this procedure is applicable for a one-time only exchange. Customs duties and taxes incurred by the buyer are non-refundable and not the responsibility of LILA.EUGENIE.
